2012. JUSQU'A LA MER 13 chansons et un nouveau grand voyage à travers l'imagination d'Amélie-les-crayons ! Comme pour "La Porte Plume", c'est Olivier Longre qui réalise les arrangements avec Amélie et l'intervention de quelques collègues dont Antoine Amigues (banjo), Bruz (basse, batterie), Yann-Gaël Poncet (violon), Loic Joucla (uileann pipes). On notera aussi la présence d'instruments non homologués tels que le cymbalum, la basse japonaise, le moineau frétillant et un choeur de femmes échevelées tout-à-fait incongru. L'ensemble sera proposé dans un joyeux emballage particulièrement seillant et plein de surprises ...

Amelie composed these 13 new songs on the piano and the guitar, but this time also on the accordion that she started to practice over 2 years ago. She called back Olivier Longre one more time to help her with orchestration, looking for a celtic tone this time. Lyre, mandolin, bodhran, uilean pipes but also dulcimer, harmonium or ruan (chinese guitar) or cello. Amelie wrote about the sea, about travelling and finding a home to settle, about people helping each other to freedom, about being lost and finding a way. Like for the previous albums, an ambitious show will start touring in october with a new bizarre piano as the main character. bon voyage !
